Working within the community, RBE's Academy’s Real-Work Projects are developed by the neighborhood and executed by our Family. Rebuild a park – help fundraise for a local Church or Charity, repaint an old theater – build a new business - What does your neighborhood need?

Every student is accountable, as criteria of this program, to our cultural commitment. It is part of the hours needed to gain their credentials while paying it forward and improving our environment.

RBE is a progressive and forever learning program. We created a repeatable process that will stretch to every person – every community - in need of economic reform.
