Project Resources

• Resource planning is an important responsibility of the Project Manager and feeds into the overall project management plan; it's goal is to describe how project resources are acquired, allocated, monitored, and controlled the project, specifically by the Project Requirements, Planned Deliverables, Schedule, and Budget .

Course Goals

• Students will be able to identify the Project Resources needed to complete their project; how to access the people skills required, when they are needed and for how long, equipment, space requirements, office equipment, and to how to create and manage to Resource Management Plan to their project's budget.

• Students will be able to plan for their resource requirements, paying close attention to timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
